Cutting down on alcohol and calories ?

Switch to white wine spritzers (one small ¼ bottle of white wine mixed with 2 soda waters or 2 sparkling waters can stretch over 2 rounds)

Try a spirit with a diet drink (Vodka and diet coke) instead of a pint of lager.

Try drinking sparkling or still water every second round.

Just skip a round.

Most importantly - Alcohol is not only full of calories, it also weakens the resolve! If you don’t want to break into your fridge at 2am or stop for a nibble on the way home from the pub, then be careful how much you drink!
