Business Paula works with growers, producers, manufacturers, retailers, hotels and caterers. Paula offers companies, on a project or contract basis, an extensive range of services in Product Development, Research and Marketing/Communications.          Media Paula was one of the presenters of RTE TV’s Health Squad programme which ran from 2002 to 2006. She makes regular appearances on TV and radio programmes advising on nutrition and health issues. She also makes frequent contributions to the press.          Group talks If you are a member of a group or team, and think your group or team would benefit from nutrition and healthy eating information, we can tailor a presentation to suit your needs. If you are a teacher in either a primary or secondary school and would like your students to learn more about nutrition and healthy eating, we can provide talks to suit all age groups. We can also give presentations to secondary school students about careers in nutrition and dietetics.
